Shuttle Services Cape Town

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Shuttle Services Cape Town (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By confirming a booking, making payment, or using our services, the client (“you”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Confirmation
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2 A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
1.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring all booking details (dates, times, pickup and drop-off locations) are accurate at the time of confirmation.
1.4 Shuttle Services Cape Town reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking.
2.2 The outstanding balance must reflect in our account at least 3 days prior to the scheduled itinerary date.
2.3 Failure to settle the outstanding balance may result in cancellation of the booking.
2.4 All payments must be made via approved payment methods as communicated during booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
3.2 Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will not incur the 50% cancellation fee.
3.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Bank or processing fees may be deducted.
3.4 No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4. Airport Transfers
4.1 Clients must provide accurate flight details for airport transfers.
4.2 We monitor flights where possible; however, the client remains responsible for notifying us of significant delays.
4.3 Reasonable waiting time is included. Extended delays without communication may result in additional charges.
4.4 Shuttle Services Cape Town is not responsible for missed flights due to inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
5.1 While we strive to ensure punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by:

6. Vehicle Allocation
6.1 Vehicle type is subject to availability.
6.2 Shuttle Services Cape Town reserves the right to substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle where necessary.
6.3 All vehicles are maintained to professional standards to ensure comfort and safety.
7. Passenger Conduct
7.1 Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other road users.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger:
7.3 Any damage caused to vehicles by passengers will be charged to the client.
8. Luggage Policy
8.1 Clients must declare the number of passengers and luggage items at the time of booking.
8.2 Excess luggage not disclosed during booking may result in additional charges or inability to transport.
8.3 The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
9. Liability
9.1 Shuttle Services Cape Town maintains appropriate vehicle insurance as required under South African law.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the total value of the booked service.

10. Long-Distance Transfers
10.1 For long-distance routes (including Garden Route transfers), scheduled times must be adhered to.
10.2 Additional waiting time or unscheduled stops may incur extra charges.
10.3 Fuel price increases or route deviations may result in adjusted quotations where applicable.
11. Chauffeur & Hourly Hire Services
11.1 Hourly bookings are calculated from the scheduled start time.
11.2 Overtime beyond the agreed duration will be charged accordingly.
11.3 Clients are responsible for itinerary planning within the agreed booking duration.
12. Amendments to Bookings
12.1 Amendments are subject to availability.
12.2 Changes within 48 hours of service may incur additional fees.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
13.1 Personal information collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.2 We comply with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
